Fall Gathering

I wish to express a "big" thank you to all who helped with Regional Fall Gathering in any way. We received many compliments. Thanks especially to: Kim who put in numerous hours making the day come together; our Council who worked hard to be organized and prepare for the day; our speakers, Fr. Giles and Fr. Pat; for Fr. Giles' work in helping us prepare for the day (Mass, facilities, etc.); Tom and Mona were our preregistration gurus; Tom and Virginia for check in registration; Maria who took care of the food (and Tom and CJ for picking it up); Tim, Mark, and Jeff (friar candidate) who served at Mass; Herman and Kathy who helped with the silent auction; LaRayne who was a greeter and helped us put together registration packets and food on Friday; our extra help in the kitchen most especially at lunchtime - Sharon, Mike, Sr. Gert, Carol, Mona & Julie and to those who helped clean up.

I was very proud of the job our fraternity did and even though there was a lot of busy work to make the day happen, I hope you were each touched by the Holy Spirit through the Mass, talks or musical presentation. Betty Grenier has agreed to compile some notes for the day and it will be published and available on our website (available upon request if you have no access). We have some follow up matters to attend to but for the most part, the hard work has been done!
