Irene Leach passed away on August 2, 2007, feast of St. Mary of the Angels
Irene Leach was professed 24 years ago. Over the years Irene provided quiet service to all in the fraternity. She was an excellent example of preaching without words.
On June 9 of this year fraternity members, LaRayne, Maria, Sue, Mona, Kathy, Kim and Tom traveled to Maranatha Care Center and presented Irene with a prayer shawl. Maria had made the arrangements. Afterwards visitors noted that Irene would have her prayer shawl with her and was much comforted by it and the prayers that went into its making.
Eternal rest grant unto her, Oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.
