On April 27, 2002, at the Queen of Peace Regional Council meeting in Winona, MN, Richard Morton made a presentation on the changes in the 2000 Constitutions compared to those of 1990. He had available a document that shows both Constitutions with strikeout and redline to highlight the changes.
